- What is the usual delivery time?
"We make every effort to deliver your products within 10 to 15 business days of the date your order is received. We know you are anxious to give your pets the best quality dog beds and dog products as quickly as possible."
"Send an email to srd-enterprises@hughes.net immediately for your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. RMA numbers are good for 15 days and must be issued within 30 days of the original order. You will need to pay the return shipping charges. We will send your exhange item upon receipt of the damaged product and the RMA number."
"We will be happy to ship our products to any international destination. However, there is an additional $35.00 international shipping fee and the customer will be responsible for any customs charges which may be assessed at the time of delivery. We apologize, but we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage during international shipping."
"If a product is defective upon arrival, you may return it for exchange with a valid RMA number obtained by sending us an email at srd-enterprises@hughes.net. Unopened defective products may be returned for a full product refund, with a valid RMA number, and must be returned within 30 days of original order date with ALL original packaging, blank warranty cards and enclosures. If the product arrives in good condition, but you are not satisfied with it for any reason, you may return it to Curbstone Setters in the original packaging with blank warranty cards and enclosures, after paying return shipping and there will be a 20% re-stocking fee assessed before your partial refund is processed. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items which appear to have had prior use and/or testing, due to health issues."
