  • What is the right type of dog bed for my dog?

"Dogs have sleeping patterns, just like people.  Before purchasing a dog bed observe the way your dog sleeps.   If your pet sleeps curled up in a ball, a round fleece nest bed would be just right. However, if he snoozes sprawled out, an extra large rectangular dog bed would suit him perfectly.  Most dogs enjoy full support when they are sleeping and a bolstered dog bed meets this requirement."

  • What size dog bed should I buy? 

"It is always better to buy a dog bed one size bigger then your dog, that way he can stretch out and be completely supported and comfortable.  Most dog beds come in a variety of sizes to accommodate all breeds."

  • Fire Ants and bugs are biting and stinging my dogs!  What can I do to keep my dogs healthy?

"There are chemical products on the market to try to eliminate the ants....however, they are not always safe for your dogs.  We recommend a safer and more comfortable solution - buy a raised dog bed.  When placed in an area with no ant hills, the ants are less likely to climb the slick plastic legs to reach your animals.  And the raised cot style of dog bed gives the added advantage of maximum air circulation to keep your pet cooler."

  • Does Curbstone Setters really donate 10% of my order to an animal rescue organization of my choice?  

"Yes, absolutely.  All you have to do is place an order and Curbstone Setters will donate 10% of your total order amount to a legitimate animal rescue organization you type in on the order form.  NO ADDITIONAL AMOUNT WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER OR CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD.  As part of Curbstone Setters' Mission we are helping rescue organizations across America save as many loveable dogs and cats as possible.  These animals organizations need constant assistance to provide medical treatment, healthy food and a safe environment for the animals until they can be placed with loving families." 

  • May I order products through the mail and pay with a personal check or money order?

"Yes, send a note with the product name, color, size, quantity, delivery street address and your check or money order made payable to "CURBSTONE SETTERS" to 335 Hamilton Road, Bunnlevel, NC  28323.  It is helpful to include your email address so that we may update you as your order progresses."

  • May I change or cancel my order?

"Yes, changes and cancellations will be accepted via email to srd-enterprises@hughes.net before 5:00 p.m. EST the same day as the original order.  Cancellation requests submitted after 5:00 p.m. EST the same business day as original order or thereafter will be subject to our normal return policy."

  • Which credit cards do you accept?

"We accept Visa, Discover, Master Card and American Express credit cards."

  • When will my order be charged to my credit card?

"At the time you submit the order and the credit card is approved, the total order amount is automatically charged to your credit card account."

  • What is the latest date I can order for a guaranteed Christmas delivery?

"To avoid someone being disappointed because their order cannot be delivered before Christmas, we strongly suggest that you place Christmas gift orders BEFORE DECEMBER 5th and we will do everything possible to deliver your order in time for the holidays.  We are sorry, but because a product may be back ordered or out-of-stock, we cannot guarantee delivery of Christmas orders if they are not placed before December 5th."

  • What is your standard method of shipping?

"Your package will be shipped via UPS GROUND.  Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.  You do not need to be present at the time of delivery. "

  • What is the usual delivery time?

"We make every effort to deliver your products within 10 to 15 business days of the date your order is received.  We know you are anxious to give your pets the best quality dog beds and dog products as quickly as possible."

  • What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

"Send an email to srd-enterprises@hughes.net immediately for your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  RMA numbers are good for 15 days and must be issued within 30 days of the original order.  You will need to pay the return shipping charges.  We will send your exhange item upon receipt of the damaged product and the RMA number." 

  • Will you ship overseas?

"We will be happy to ship our products to any international destination.  However, there is an additional $35.00 international shipping fee and the customer will be responsible for any customs charges which may be assessed at the time of delivery.  We apologize, but we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage during international shipping."

  • What is your return policy?

"If a product is defective upon arrival, you may return it for exchange with a valid RMA number obtained by sending us an email at srd-enterprises@hughes.net.  Unopened defective products may be returned for a full product refund, with a valid RMA number, and must be returned within 30 days of original order date with ALL original packaging, blank warranty cards and enclosures.  If the product arrives in good condition, but you are not satisfied with it for any reason, you may return it to Curbstone Setters in the original packaging with blank warranty cards and enclosures, after paying return shipping and there will be a 20% re-stocking fee assessed before your partial refund is processed.  Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items which appear to have had prior use and/or testing, due to health issues.
